If changing the operator doesn’t fix the internet issue, as a last resort, you can use the tablet as a hotspot for the robot. Since the robot's Wi-Fi has a limited range, you should leave the tablet on top of the robot while marking. Follow these steps to connect the devices:
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the tablet set.
2. Tap the settings icon () in the top right corner.
3. Go into Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering.
4. Activate Mobile Hotspot.
5. Once activated tap on the text “Mobile Hotspot” to open the hotspot settings.
6. Change the Network Name and the password to something simple and easy to remember, such as the robot ID or the company name. Tap on "Configure" to do so.
7. Once this is done, go back to the TinyMobileRobots app and back to the "Internet" tab.
8. Scroll down to WiFi Robot.
9. Enter the Network name and password you have set in step 6.
Note: You can also use your phone as a hotspot for the robot if this device has a better connection. To do so, simply follow the same steps.
