Internet problems might stem from several different places, but they are often solved by a simple restart of both the tablet and the robot.
Before doing any restarts, please check the following things:
1. Make sure the batteries on the tablet and the robot are charged.
2. Enter the tablet settings by tapping the notification bar and pulling it down.
3. In the settings menu, ensure that Mobile data is ON, Flight mode is OFF, Bluetooth is ON, and Wi-Fi is OFF:
Restarting the tablet
1. To restart the tablet, press and hold down the power button until the following screen appears:
2. Tap the restart button twice and wait until the start screen reappears. The tablet has now been restarted.
Restarting the robot
Power off the robot by turning the battery key counterclockwise. Wait 10 seconds and turn the key clockwise again to power on the robot.
