Replacing the Razor Spray Tool Discs

Follow these steps to safely and correctly remove the old discs and install the new ones.

Step 1 - Remove the Old Discs

01 - Screws to untighten to remove the old discs

Locate Screws: Identify the two mounting screws—one on the outer side of the disc and one on the inner side.

Loosen Screws:

• Insert one Torx L-key into the inner screw and a second Torx L-key into the outer screw.
• Hold one L-key stationary to keep its screw from turning.
• Turn the other L-key counter-clockwise to loosen and remove the screws.

Remove Components: Once both screws are out, carefully remove the old disc and the disc adapter.

Step 2 - Install the New Discs

Position Disc: Place the new disc against the inner side of the disc arm.

Orient Adapter: Position the disc adapter correctly. Note that the adapter orientation is opposite for the left and right disc arms (refer to the illustration for the correct placement on the left side).

Insert Screws: Insert one screw from each side.

• Tip: If a screw gets stuck in the disc adapter, use the provided M11 Wrench for leverage to help align and push the screw through.

Step 3 - Tighten the Screws

Tighten Screws: Use both Torx L-keys to tighten the screws by turning them clockwise.

Secure: Ensure the screws are snug to secure the disc and adapter firmly.

• Caution: Do not overtighten.
